Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety, compliance, and exemplary resident service. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, inspections, and a preventative maintenance program while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desirable.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect community areas and oversee repairs, safety, and compliance.
• Manage inventory and obtain bids/pricing from vendors.
