Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance while coordinating with the Community Manager to ensure property standards.

You’ll supervise staff, schedule work, maintain records, and handle on-call emergencies, equipment, and vendor relations. Our total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid sick days, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to service requests.
• Coordinate scheduling of resident requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and ensure safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, inventory, and vendor coordination.
