Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service.

Collaborative work with the Community Manager is essential for successful make-readies and vendor coordination. The role requires directing maintenance staff, maintaining records, and upholding safety standards per OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the community; manage service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure timely, quality work within budget.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance; promote safe work practices.
• Plan and allocate resources, equipment, and supplies; obtain bids from vendors.
• Coordinate with Community Manager for unit inspections and make-readies.
• Maintain records for service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and repairs.
