Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations across communities, working with the Community Manager to oversee staff and vendor activities. The role emphasizes safety, regular inspections, and efficient maintenance workflows.

Essential duties include coordinating work orders, maintaining inventory, and leading a team with a focus on hazard prevention and compliant practices. A strong emphasis on customer service and on-call responsibilities is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Supervise maintenance staff and on-call emergencies.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
