Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all community maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and customer service. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors to ensure timely make-ready and high-quality workmanship.

Daily duties include on-site attendance, scheduling, inventory control, and enforcing OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazardous conditions.
• Supervise maintenance staff, train, and schedule activities.
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Provide on-call emergency support at the community.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and make-ready status.
