Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, working with the Community Manager and staff. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a practical understanding of facilities management within a multitiered housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community.
• Manage maintenance staff and vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain records for service requests and compliance.
