Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for multi-location communities. You will oversee maintenance staff, manage service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety standards across properties. Strong organizational and leadership skills are required.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws. The role demands on-call availability and adherence to budget guidelines and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily to identify safety hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and manage supplies within budget.
