Job summary

You will mentor on-site teams, participate in budget planning, and conduct quarterly inspections, with a focus on LIHTC/Section 8 compliance and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting and janitorial skills.
• Read blueprints and schematics; comfortable with hand tools and power tools.
• Deep understanding of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and standardize processes across regions.
• Develop training programs and mentor staff.
• Aid with maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections within the region.
• Travel daily between properties, with overnight stays as needed.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
