Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple properties. You will train staff, manage budgets, and coordinate vendors while traveling within assigned regions.

The role requires daily travel, hands-on repair skills, and strong knowledge of LIHTC/Section 8 compliance. You will mentor team members and ensure safety, quality, and timely maintenace across our communities.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience (min 3 years).
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Able to perform carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, painting, janitorial work.
• Read blueprints/schematics; understand specifications.
• Familiar with LIHTC, HOME and Section 8 Compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely resident maintenance follow-up.
• Travel daily with overnights as needed.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain systems for work orders, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, inventories, and purchases.
