• Regional/multi-site leadership across 80+ employees;
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America;
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and 24/7 logistics;
• Proven ability to drive change and improve site performance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across network to assess gaps and drive KPI improvements.
• Mentor Senior/Middle managers; model leadership in the field.
• Standardize work methods and improve reliability and safety.
