Job summary

JLL seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead leadership development and site excellence across a dynamic portfolio of facilities in North America. You will coach field leaders, standardize maintenance practices, and drive measurable improvements in uptime and safety.

The role requires developing talent pipelines, managing budgets, and partnering with senior leadership to deliver value for client assets. Travel will be extensive across North America as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance across multiple sites.
• Experience leading 80+ employees in regional/multi-site maintenance leadership.
• Proven track record of driving performance improvements and change.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% and deploy on short notice to North America.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance by identifying gaps, corrective actions, and KPI targets across the network.
• Mentor Senior/Area Maintenance Managers and develop leaders in the field.
• Standardize maintenance methods, improve reliability, and document processes.
• Ensure safety culture and training compliance at all sites.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage program budgets and reporting.
