Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee equipped distribution centers across North America, driving reliability and uptime with hands-on leadership. You will mentor maintenance leaders, standardize practices, and partner with site leaders to maintain asset value and performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, budget oversight, and strong safety culture across multiple facilities, including remote or hybrid work settings as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams at distribution centers.
• Budgeting and workforce management experience.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), industrial automation and robotics.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Commitment to safety and safe work practices across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps across the network and drive corrective action to KPI targets.
• Evaluate site condition, maintenance execution, and team capability with clear improvement plans.
• Establish standards for maintenance execution to protect assets.
• Provide visibility into maintenance conduct to site General Managers.
• Mentor and coach Senior/Maintenance Managers and area leaders.
