Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee a network of distribution centers across North America. You will coach senior and area maintenance leaders, deploy standardized maintenance practices, and drive uptime while ensuring safety and cost controls.

The role emphasizes developing people, strengthening operations, and delivering high‑quality maintenance execution across multiple sites, with extensive travel and leadership development responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; regional/multi-site maintenance leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% and deploy on short notice across North America.
• Experience leading large teams (80+ employees) and driving performance improvements.
• Knowledge of MHE, industrial automation, robotics, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt or PE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the network to assess gaps and drive corrective action to KPI targets.
• Lead and coach Senior/Maintenance/Area Managers to build leadership capability.
• Develop and implement reliability plans to increase uptime across facilities.
• Provide safety leadership and ensure 100% safety training compliance.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and program compliance across sites.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support client relationships and communicate performance in reviews.
