This role focuses on operational excellence, reliability planning, and data-driven improvement while traveling extensively to sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance, including salaried leaders.
• Regional or multi-site maintenance leadership experience managing 80+ employees.
• Proven track record of leading change and driving performance across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and 24/7 logistics environments."

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the network to assess gaps, drive corrective action, and restore performance to KPI targets.
• Evaluate site condition, maintenance execution, and team capability with clear improvement plans.
• Establish standards for maintenance execution to protect and improve client assets.
• Conduct Health Check audits and QA reviews for consistent program adherence.
• Mentor and coach Senior Maintenance Managers and site teams in leadership and budgeting.
