Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to support a national network of distribution centers across North America. The role focuses on developing leaders, improving maintenance execution, and driving operational excellence with field coaching and program standards.

The position is part of the National Operations Team and requires hands-on leadership, governance of safety culture, and proactive spending oversight across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance, including salaried leaders.
• Experience in regional or multi-site maintenance leadership with 80+ employees.
• Proven track record of leading change and improving performance across sites.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment systems and 24/7 logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy network-wide to assess gaps, drive corrective actions, and restore KPI targets.
• Coach Senior/Maintenance Managers and site teams in leadership development.
• Establish and enforce standards for maintenance execution across sites.
• Conduct Health Check audits and QA reviews for program adherence.
• Provide visibility to senior leadership on maintenance performance and ROI.
