Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to transform workplaces across multiple sites by leading maintenance operations and developing the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, develop preventative programs, and drive regional operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience
• Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI) experience
• 4+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites, fostering professional growth and performance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage regional department budgets, and drive CI
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and audit regional safety programs
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate with contractors, and maintain high-quality service standards
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites and participate in network initiatives
