Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
2+ years of CMMS experience.
2+ years of Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities across your region.
Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs across your region.
Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues with applicable teams.
Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance.
