Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager, West NASC RME, to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites and drive strategic programs. You will oversee regional teams, budgets, and safety programs while delivering continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
7+ years of employee and performance management experience.
5+ years in distribution or manufacturing field.
4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and teams across sites.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
Ensure safety protocols and audits across sites regionally.
Manage capital spending plans and external contractors.
Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites.
