Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead facilities maintenance across North America’s fulfillment network. You will champion safety, maximize uptime, and guide field teams in data-driven decision making to reduce costs and improve reliability.

Requirements include 7+ years in industrial maintenance leadership, experience with large teams, and a strong electrical/mechanical engineering background.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience in large organizations.
• Experience leading teams of 100+ employees across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to manage department spend, perform RCA, and implement CI.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership and guiding EOL decisions.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Reliability Engineering (or equivalent Amazon RME experience).

Responsibilities

• Champion safety standards and drive team compliance.
• Lead and mentor Facilities Managers across the North American network.
• Drive maintenance excellence through documentation, standardization, and safety practices.
• Provide ROI-based guidance on EOL decisions and capital planning.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and cost optimization across sites.
• Support site General Managers in facilities management and safety.
• Recruit and hire exceptional Facilities Maintenance talent.
