Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, craft preventative maintenance programs, and drive regional efficiency while balancing safety and cost controls.

You will travel up to 80% domestically to support sites, mentor teams, and partner with operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets with RCA/CI experience.
• 4+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage regional budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols and partner with site Safety leadership to audit programs regionally.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate external contractors while maintaining service standards.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites and ensure operational excellence across locations.
