Qualifications

• 7+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 5+ years of distribution or manufacturing field experience.
• 7+ years of facilities management or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership experience.
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and regional budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols and partner with site safety leadership regionally.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites.
