Pivotal Housing Partners is seeking a Regional Maintenance Leader to support property maintenance across multiple locations in Iowa and Illinois. This hands-on role focuses on coaching teams, ensuring NSPIRE readiness, and driving safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are licensed Journeyman Plumbers with EPA Type II/Universal, HVAC skills, and the ability to travel frequently. You will lead by example, diagnose complex issues, and work without direct reports yet make a

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
• 5+ years in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays.
• HUD/NSPIRE inspection experience and tech fluency.

Responsabilités

• Ensure NSPIRE readiness for all communities at all times.
• Support inspections by state agencies, lenders, and NSPIRE.
• Coach on-site teams on corrective actions to meet compliance.
• Participate in construction walks and warranty inspections.
• Lead on-site maintenance with HVAC/plumbing expertise.
