Job summary

Allure HCS is recruiting a Regional Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance across centers in Illinois. You will plan, develop, organize, and direct the maintenance department, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely task completion.

The role requires 5–10 years of building leadership, high school education, a valid driver's license, blueprint reading, and knowledge of boilers, electrical, and plumbing systems. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of building experience as a maintenance director.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and drug screen.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, and plant operations.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs.
• Repair facility/resident property as needed.
• Inspect storage and work areas for upkeep and supply control.
• Assist in facility surveys by government agencies.
• Provide safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
