Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across a multi-site portfolio. You will guide and coach onsite teams, manage budgets, and ensure high property performance while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems expertise, with travel to communities and a leadership mindset to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
• Experience leading, training, or supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance leadership and technical expertise across multiple communities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, appliance, grounds, and building maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and support onsite maintenance teams.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory control, preventive maintenance, and expense management.
• Travel to communities as needed to support operations and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
