Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management (FWM), is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across the North Central region. The role balances hands-on work with regional leadership, including training staff, budgeting, and overseeing capital projects.

Travel between properties is daily with overnight stays as necessary; you will mentor maintenance teams and coordinate with property managers to ensure timely, quality service and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience (3+ years).
• Proficient with MS Word/Outlook/Teams/Excel/PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting & janitorial skills; knowledge of building trades.
• LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance knowledge and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, standardize processes across sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely handling of resident maintenance issues.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Assist in hands-on maintenance and mentor staff, including stepping into other maintenance roles as needed.
• Assist with budgeting, vendor relationships, and interview maintenance candidates.
