• Act as the key liaison for Client Satisfaction in the Americas and oversee tools.
• Monitor client satisfaction performance across the client journey touchpoints.
• Provide trend analyses and recommendations to leadership.
• Build awareness of Client Satisfaction across regions and with boutique teams.
