Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Regional Client Experience Manager to elevate client journeys across boutiques in the region. You will collaborate with CRM, HJ and Communications teams to design treatments, host events, and deploy gifting programs that reinforce luxury service standards.

In this role, you will partner with local teams to define treatment planning, vendor sourcing, and event activations, while driving client satisfaction and ROI across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality or events.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Knowledge of CRM strategy and client databases.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutiques have tools to nourish the client experience and assess client journey; research and vet vendors/locations for hosting treatments and hospitality; deploy gifting processes; support event best practices with RSVP management.
• Share and animate hospitality guidelines to ensure the right level of experience.
• Coordinate and ensure proper usage of tools in boutiques and training by retail operations.
• Manage client experience tools consumption and orders; support boutiques in daily challenges.
• Develop and deploy seasonal gifting programs and assess ROI; support HJ events with RSVP management.
• Accompany markets in deployment of Client Experience strategy with CRM, HJ & Comm teams.
• Define local treatment planning aligned with strategic guidelines; participate in event strategy definition and activation.
• Prepare for local events with the event team and vendors; welcome foreign clients.
• Client gifting management: develop guidelines, coordinate orders, source locally; analyze ROI.
