Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas seeks a Regional Client Experience Manager to elevate client experiences across the region’s boutiques. You will lead hospitality standards, coordinate gifting programs and work with CRM and events teams to align treatment strategies with boutique goals.

You will deploy gifting guidelines, monitor satisfaction, and report on local events with ROI focus. Valid work authorization for the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of management experience in luxury, hospitality or events.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of CRM strategy and experience with client databases; delivers luxury service.

Responsabilités

• Share and animate hospitality guidelines to ensure the right level of experience.
• Coordinate and follow consumption and orders of client experience tools.
• Deploy and streamline seasonal and relational gifting programs and assess ROI.
• Support boutique events with RSVP management.
• Define local treatment planning in line with strategic plan guidelines and local objectives, in collaboration with local counterparts.
• Participate in the client event strategy: invitations, treatment for in-boutique animations and ad-hoc treatment, activation support.
• Monitor client satisfaction locally and report outcomes; provide consolidated reporting on local events activity.
