Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Business Director, Long Term Care, to lead LTC commercial activities within an assigned geography. The role focuses on building a top-quality team of Account Managers, executing strategic plans, and launching innovative approaches in a field-based environment.

The RBD will oversee LTC sales performance, coach talent, and align with Market Access teams to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of field leadership experience and/or payer account management with increasing responsibility.
• Pharma/biotech sales leadership experience preferred with first-line leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and lead teams to exceed sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Supervise LTC-focused operations for the Region, including hiring, coaching and account manager development.
• Develop strategic regional plans balancing live and virtual interactions and prioritize efforts.
• Drive regional performance and P&L in alignment with National expectations.
• Collaborate with Market Access teams to coordinate pull-through and access strategies.
• Build relationships with key accounts and respond to product, policy and market questions.
