Signify, the world leader in lighting, is seeking a Regional Specification Sales Manager to be home-based near Florida, Alabama, or Mississippi (ideally Southern Florida). You will lead a team of lighting agents, shape market strategies, and drive specification opportunities within design communities.

Responsibilities include guiding specification activities for project designs, engaging architects and engineers, and identifying product gaps to inform new solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in specification sales or business development in lighting or building technology.
• Relevant professional certifications in lighting design preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, coaches, and motivates a team of lighting agents.
• Defines market influence strategy to position Signify/CLS as a thought leader in lighting design and technology.
• Oversees specification activities to secure inclusion of Signify’s/CLS products in project designs and tender documents.
• Builds relationships with key architects, lighting designers, and engineering consultants; represents Signify in industry forums.
• Identifies specification gaps and provides feedback to offer management to develop new lighting products and solutions.
