Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed HVAC/R Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations across a local region. The role requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA certification, with 3–5 years in facilities management.

You will manage a team, ensure HVAC and building upkeep, and drive reliability across sites. You will coordinate with store managers and vendors, travel roughly 50% in the region, and contribute to safety and compliance while supporting Walmart’s facilities

Qualifications

• Active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state of residence
• EPA Universal Certification is required
• 3–5 years of facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across multiple locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting and analytics to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
