Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed HVAC/R Facilities Manager to lead facilitiesmaintenance operations across a local regional market. You will own preventive and predictive maintenance, coach technicians, and coordinate with Store Managers to ensure safe, efficient facilities.

The role requires an active HVAC/R license, EPA Universal Certification, and 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance leadership. Expect ~50% travel across the local region and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC/R license and leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting and root-cause analysis to improve reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; manage permits and inspections.
• Travel approximately 50%+ within local region.
