Job summary

You will own facility reliability, supervise technicians, and partner with store managers to maintain safe, efficient buildings.

The role requires a current HVAC/R contractor license and EPA certification, with 3–5 years in facilities or related fields and travel around 50%+.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in your state.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• 3–5 years in facilities management or related field.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge.
• Leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting, analytics and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain required contractor licensing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Secure required permits and coordinate inspections.
• Conduct site inspections to support safety, quality and compliance standards.
