Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and ability to coordinate with managers, vendors, and contractors while driving maintenance programs and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area. Or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Travel approx. 50% within the region.
• Work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training programs to ensure regulatory familiarity and successful scope of work, including site inspections for compliance and quality.
