Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of its facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

The role requires a regional travel commitment, coordination with Store Managers and leadership, and ensuring regulatory compliance, licenses, and permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire; Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to ~50% within the region.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Work with vendors and contractors; ensure reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits; contribute to regulatory compliance and inspections.
