Job summary

Walmart seeks a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient operation of stores and facilities while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include collaboration with store managers, vendors, and leadership, plus managing permits, licenses, training, and site inspections to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years of facilities/maintenance experience, or 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of general facilities services and building maintenance; leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems and problem-solving focused on root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities across a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors and manage reporting and analytics.
• Ensure up-to-date contractor licenses and compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
