Job summary

Walmart is recruiting a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensure facilities operate efficiently, and provide a safe, comfortable environment for associates and customers.

50% regional travel is expected. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction fields or 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance, with EPA/PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications and valid licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years’ facilities management/related experience, or 5 years’ related experience.
• Experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally in the role (approximately 50% or more).
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain reporting and analytics for facility operations.
• Keep contractor licenses up to date to stay in good standing.
• Participate in training on regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections for compliance.
