Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for regional facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliance with licenses and regulations.

This role involves ~50% regional travel, direct collaboration with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and coordination with vendors. Strong leadership, engineering background, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years of facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, or related experience; or 5 years in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe and efficient building operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed; manage reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training to stay compliant with regulatory requirements and inspections.
