Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians and collaborate with store managers, facility leadership, and external vendors to uphold safety, reliability, and efficiency across locations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of maintenance leadership, EPA certification, and a state license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe and efficient operation of buildings.
• Coordinate with store managers, facility services leadership, vendors and contractors; ensure compliance and quality.
