Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and coordinate with vendors to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires traveling 50%+ within the region, reporting and analytics duties, and maintaining contractor licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Manage contractors and vendors and ensure compliance with codes and permits.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and perform site inspections for quality.
