Job summary

The Collier Companies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Leasing Specialist to join our on-site Florida Home Office in Gainesville. You will drive leasing and sales from lead to lease, mentor the team, and align marketing with company goals.

Responsibilities include property tours, applications, lease packages, renewals, and marketing initiatives using Craigslist, Facebook and email. Travel and schedule flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time, successful apartment leasing or sales experience.
• Valid in-state Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Exceptional Customer Service Experience.
• Leadership, organization, and management abilities to foster team building.
• Ability to work independently with or without direction.
• Social media savvy and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications.
• Prepare the lease and move-in package and ensure smooth resident move-in and signing.
• Monitor market conditions and recommend marketing opportunities to reach goals.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic and support renewals.
• Support on-site teams and ensure leasing velocity and standards compliance.
