Job summary

The Collier Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a multi-state apartment portfolio from our Gainesville, FL home office. This on-site role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and a focus on resident satisfaction and performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, controlling expenses, supervising managers, managing due diligence, lease-ups and capital projects, and delivering accurate forecasts. Travel across states is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Regional Property Manager.
• Ability to travel throughout multiple states is required.
• Lease up experience is required.
• Multi-family apartment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property performance and control expenses.
• Supervise property managers and site teams; staffing and development.
• Manage due diligence processes and lease-ups for new properties.
• Oversee capital improvement projects and forecasting reports.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
