The Collier Companies is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager for an on-site role in Gainesville, FL. This position oversees showing and leasing apartment homes, preparing and signing leasing agreements, and assisting in managing the leasing team to meet owner objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and marketing coordination, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth within The Collier Companies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Fair Housing and legal knowledge.
• Reading, writing, seeing, hearing and/ or communication and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Reasoning, interpersonal, and appropriate telephone skills.
• Management or leadership abilities.
• Tactful, mature, flexible and cooperative.
• Computer and typing skills.
• Must have valid in-state Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of the marketing plan.
• Greet customers with friendly, courteous attitude.
• Answer telephone with appropriate greeting.
• Schedule appointments to show apartment homes.
• Show apartment homes to prospects and explain features and benefits.
• Take apartment home applications and conduct credit checks on applicants.
• Develop weekly schedule for Leasing Specialists.
• Deliver notices.
• Prepare and sign leasing agreements with renewing and new residents.
• Assist in preparing apartment homes for re-rental at any time.
• Pass out fliers to promote community.
• Cross-market to other communities within The Collier Companies
• Takes ownership of resident problems or concerns; follows through with resolution.
