Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing and/or customer service experience in retail, hospitality, housing or multi-family environments preferred.
• Strong sales ability and goal orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes by building relationships and showcasing community benefits.
• Generate and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in person.
