The Collier Companies is seeking an Entry level Leasing Specialist to join an on-site team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will help close leases at one of our community offices.

You will provide outstanding customer service, showcase community benefits, and develop relationships to drive occupancy. Weekend availability is required as needed, with opportunities to grow through our comprehensive benefits package and ongoing

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience with a desire to exceed leasing requirements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced leasing office.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, housing, or multi-family environment.
• College education preferred.
