Job summary

The Collier Companies seeks a Regional Leasing Specialist to drive leasing velocity at the Gainesville, FL properties. This on-site role requires hands-on sales, tours, applications, and lease signing while mentoring the onsite team to maximize marketing and leasing results.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of full-time leasing/sales experience, exceptional customer service, and a valid Florida driver’s license. College-level education is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time, successful apartment leasing or sales experience.
• Exceptional customer service experience is required.
• Ability to train and motivate team members to improve marketing and leasing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Handle all sales and leasing activities in person to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases and move-in packets.
• Mentor and lead assigned community team to optimize marketing and leasing efforts.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing strategies to reach goals.
• Ensure leasing policies, concessions, and programs align with company standards.
• Coordinate marketing activities including online postings and referrals to drive traffic.
