The Collier Companies in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Leasing Specialist. You will be the first person prospects meet when they come home, delivering exceptional service and guiding lease decisions in a community setting.

You will follow up on leads, close leases, and contribute to occupancy while thriving in a fast-paced on-site leasing office. Weekend shifts may be required and career growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing and/or customer service experience in retail, hospitality, housing or multi-family environments
• Strong sales orientation with leasing targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs
• Customer-focused attitude with professional appearance
• College education preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects
• Lease apartment homes by building relationships and showcasing benefits
• Always be closing—via phone, email and in person; be the product expert
• Generate leads through phone and email follow-up; create and implement promotions
• Contribute to occupancy by renewing current resident leases
• Maintain accurate resident files
• Weekends required, as needed
