Job summary

Prime Now LLC - E78 is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and drive performance across multiple sites in the US. The role focuses on leadership development, onboarding, and strategy implementation for grocery operations.

You will analyze performance metrics, partner with senior leaders, coach managers, and ensure ambassador programs run smoothly with frequent travel. This position requires strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory and virtual training delivery.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes including trainer program management.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements via data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness for assurance and process improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Demonstrate strong people management and learning facilitation skills.
