Job summary

Prime Now LLC - E78 is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to lead learning initiatives across multiple grocery fulfillment sites. You will analyze performance metrics, guide onboarding and training delivery, and shape learning strategies to boost efficiency and talent development.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven performance improvements, monitor training effectiveness, coach managers, and collaborate across both Grocery Fulfillment Centers and SSD-G locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and remote teams.
• Delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Systems training.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience in FCs field Ops settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize new hire onboarding, including trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms measuring training effectiveness for assurance and improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, translating pain-points into learning solutions.
• Demonstrate people management and learning facilitation skills.
• Work cross-functionally across Grocery Fulfillment Centers and Sub Same Day-Grocery stations.
