Job summary

Prime Now LLC - E78 in Virginia is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape training across multiple grocery fulfillment sites. You will analyze performance metrics, lead onboarding, and develop learning strategies to improve efficiency and associate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory including virtual training facilitation and remote teams, and delivering soft skills/technology/systems training.
• Experience in stakeholder management across varied levels of the organization.
• Experience in FCs field operations settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide insights to leadership teams.
• Lead onboarding processes, including trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and improve training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms that measure the effectiveness of training and support process improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate pain-points into learning solutions.
• Demonstrate people management and learning facilitation skills.
• Work cross-functionally across multiple Grocery Fulfillment Centers and Sub Same Day-Grocery stations.
